I like the staff and their ability to let me get lots of ice from the kitchen. They also helped me get Taxis and answered my questions. I am glad it was so close to the friend I had come to visit. The tram D was very close to the hotel.

Great location ! Hotel is located near a key train station and 200m from a metro station. The hotel was very clean and simplistic. Exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay. There is a Billa store and a pharmacy nearby. The staff was also very helpful. Upon our arrival we received a city map with explanations on how to get around the city and some brochures with activity suggestions. The city center is also relatively close. If you decide to walk it will take you around 20 minutes to reach the city center. Overall a pleasant stay ! Would recommend :)

Clean and spacious room, very delicious breakfast, very friendly and discret staff. A quiet property where we felt at home. Being located close to the subway (U4) and the tram (D), we had the pleasure of using public transport. From the airport to the property, we took the S7 train in the direction of Floridsdorf, to Mitte-Landstraße, and then the U4 subway in the direction of Heiligenstadt, to the Friedensbrücke (the WienMobil App is very useful). The Danube flows nearby, and the walk along it was also pleasant. Also, next to the hotel is a Billa store open 7 days a week.

Because of problems with other hotel, we had to book this ones in the middle of the night and the staff was extremely helpful: confirmed our booking and made easy fast check in. The building has an old Vienna spirit, but the rooms look really nice.

Nice people in the reception. Comfy bed. Great temperature in the room. Very close to public transport. It was what you expect. Also quite calm area. Walls are not soundproof, but easy to sleep with earplugs.

The location is very good just three minutes from the subway and in 10 minutes you are downtown. The size of the room was good and the shower amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Rooms were big. Not too far from the center. close by trams and subway. Near by restaurants and shopping markets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has working and quiet AC which was great during the heatwave. It was very quiet despite the ongoing construction in front on the hotel.

Spacious room with stylish Mozart deco! Everything spotless. Breakfast offer various enough and hotel service good. Definitely a good value for money, a plus is access to metro/tram stations just behind the corner! The hotel located in a calm area with good accessability to the city centre.
